At Murex each dive guest is an individual – we always strive to provide you with the diving you love. Tell us the type of diving you want to do, we go out of our way to match your dives with your abilities and preferences.
 

• If you’re experienced and confident you won’t be held back by new divers. If you’re into fast drift dives, for example, you won’t be forced to dive unchallenging sites.

• If you’re a new diver, you’ll dive with people and at sites which match your experience and level of confidence.



The highest standards of safety and professionalism

You can be confident with us – we have a near perfect safety record over 15 years.

All our instructors and divemasters are PADI, NAUI, or Association of Nitrox Dive Instructors (ANDI) certified.

Most of our dive professionals have been with us for years. Not only are they supremely experienced at guiding guests, they know the sites intimately and go out of their way to show you the interesting creatures that inhabit them.

Dive briefings are mandatory and comprehensive. All our dive crew are completely fluent in English – many are fluent in other languages too.
All our boats carry oxygen and all our personnel are fully trained in its use. There is a hyperbaric (re-compression) chamber at Manado General Hospital, which Murex’s founder and owner, Dr Batuna, set up.

It goes without saying that there is no one who has better air than we do, and we're the only dive centre in Manado which produces nitrox.

Bangka house reef dive is weather depending & upon manager’s discretion & all house reef dive should be with boat stand by – US$ 15 per person
