Who Is DAN Asia-Pacific?
The Divers
Alert Network Asia-Pacific is a not-for-profit, member based, dive safety
association. We strive to improve the safety of diving for all divers via
activities that include:

Funding
and/or manning 24-hour diving emergency hotlines throughout the Asia-Pacific
region;

Offering
diving medical education, accident management training, and undertaking data
collection and research; and

Providing
worldwide emergency evacuation and insurance service for Members.
DAN
Asia-Pacific is part of the international network of DAN dive safety
associations with worldwide membership exceeding 200,000.
Our Mission
is to be the most recognised and trusted organisation worldwide in the fields of
divers safety and emergency services, health, research and education of its
members, instructors, supporters and the recreational diving community at large.
